These Terms of Service govern your use of the Firma Clinic website and the medical tourism coordination services we provide. Please read them carefully before booking a consultation or procedure.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using any Firma Clinic service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Medical Services

Firma Clinic is a medical tourism coordination company based in İstanbul, Turkey. We facilitate access to medical procedures by partnering with licensed, internationally accredited surgeons and hospitals. All procedures are performed by qualified professionals in JCI-certified facilities. Firma Clinic coordinates, guides and supports your journey — we do not perform medical procedures.

Booking and Cancellation

Initial consultations arranged through Firma Clinic are completely free. For patients proceeding to a procedure, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled procedure date. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a partial or non-refundable deposit at the discretion of the coordinating hospital.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date medical history information prior to any procedure — including current medications, prior surgeries, allergies and any relevant health conditions. Concealing or misrepresenting medical information may result in treatment complications for which Firma Clinic and its partners cannot be held responsible. Patients must follow all pre- and post-operative instructions provided by the medical team.

Liability

Firma Clinic acts solely as a medical tourism coordinator and patient concierge service. We are not a healthcare provider and do not assume medical liability for procedure outcomes. Medical liability rests entirely with the licensed professionals and accredited institutions performing your treatment. Firma Clinic is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from medical procedures, travel disruptions, or unforeseen changes to your treatment plan.
