Aesthetic Surgery
BBL uses fat harvested by liposuction from the abdomen or flanks and transfers it to the buttocks — enhancing shape and projection with your own tissue, no implants required.
Starting from
€4,500
All-inclusive: liposuction + fat transfer, hospital stay, hotel & transfers
Choose the approach that fits your goals and budget.
Standard BBL
Liposuction of one or two donor zones (typically abdomen and flanks). Fat is centrifuged, purified and re-injected into multiple anatomical layers of the buttocks at precise depths. Only the superficial and mid-layer fat compartments are used for injection — a strict safety protocol.
€4,500 – €6,000
BBL + 360° Liposuction
Liposuction performed on the full circumference of the torso — abdomen, flanks and lower back — before fat transfer to the buttocks. Creates an hourglass silhouette by simultaneously reducing the waist and projecting the posterior. The most dramatic overall body transformation.
€5,500 – €7,500
Micro-BBL (Moderate Volume)
For patients with limited available donor fat or those seeking a subtle, proportional enhancement rather than maximum projection. Smaller volumes of purified fat are transferred with particular attention to hip dip correction and upper buttock fullness.
€3,800 – €5,000
Stage 1
Day 1 — Marking & Consultation
Standing photographs taken. Surgeon marks donor zones and target projection areas. Anaesthesia pre-assessment completed. Realistic outcome discussion based on available donor fat volume.
Stage 2
Day 2 — Surgery
General anaesthesia. Liposuction harvests fat from donor zones; fat is processed and purified. Re-injection into the buttocks performed in multiple passes at controlled depths. Duration 2–4 hours. One hospital night.
Stage 3
Day 3–5 — Recovery & Check
Clinic check: compression garment fitted for the liposuction zones. BBL-specific foam padding worn to protect the transferred fat. Patients must avoid direct pressure on the buttocks for 6–8 weeks.
Stage 4
Week 2–8 — Critical No-Sitting Period
Sitting directly on the buttocks is prohibited for 6–8 weeks — this is the most important factor in fat graft survival. Patients sleep on their stomach or side. A BBL pillow (included) allows eating, working and driving without direct pressure.
Stage 5
Month 2–3 — Fat Settling
The transferred fat that survives integrates permanently with surrounding tissue. Up to 40% of injected fat is reabsorbed by the body in the first 3 months — this is accounted for by slightly over-filling at the time of surgery.
Stage 6
Month 6 — Permanent Result
Surviving fat cells are permanently integrated. The result is soft, natural-feeling and moves with your body unlike implants. Significant weight fluctuations can affect the transferred fat just as they affect fat elsewhere on the body.
