Breast Augmentation with Implants
High-cohesive silicone gel implants (round or anatomical) placed via a periareolar, inframammary or transaxillary incision. Implant size and profile are selected using a 3D sizer system during consultation. Motiva, Mentor and Sientra implants used — all with lifetime manufacturer warranty.
€3,500 – €5,000
Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Removes excess skin and reshapes the breast tissue to restore a youthful, elevated position without adding volume. Suitable for ptosis (drooping) caused by pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss. Incision pattern (periareolar, lollipop or anchor) chosen based on degree of ptosis.
€3,200 – €4,500
Augmentation + Lift (Combined)
The most commonly requested procedure: implants restore volume while the lift corrects position and skin excess simultaneously in a single anaesthesia session. Achieves results that neither procedure alone can provide — fuller and higher.
€5,200 – €7,000
Stage 1
Day 1 — 3D Consultation & Sizing
Photographs and 3D body scan. Implant volume, profile and incision placement discussed. You try sizers in a bra to preview the result. Blood panel and anaesthesia pre-assessment completed.
Stage 2
Day 2 — Surgery
Procedure performed under general anaesthesia in a JCI-accredited hospital. Duration 1–3 hours depending on technique. One hospital night. A surgical bra is fitted before discharge.
Stage 3
Day 3–5 — Check & Discharge
Surgeon checks incisions and drains (if used). Wound dressings changed. Most patients are comfortable returning home by day 4–5. Prescribed antibiotic course completed.
Stage 4
Week 1–3 — Rest Phase
Arms should not be raised above shoulder height for 2 weeks. No lifting. The surgical bra must be worn 24 hours a day. Some tightness and sensitivity in the breast skin is normal.
Stage 5
Month 1–2 — Softening
Implants begin to drop and soften into their natural pocket (a process called "fluffing"). The upper pole becomes less full and the lower pole rounder. Scars are pink but begin to fade.
Stage 6
Month 3–6 — Final Shape
Implants have settled fully. Scars continue to mature and fade — most are pale and flat by month 12. Sports bra recommended for exercise; high-impact activity can resume at 6 weeks.
