All-on-4 (single arch)
Four titanium fixtures, with the two posterior implants placed at an angle to engage denser bone and extend support further back without grafting. A provisional acrylic bridge is attached on surgery day; the permanent bridge is fitted on your second trip.

All-on-6 (single arch)
Six fixtures per arch for patients with higher biting forces or thinner bone. Provides greater long-term stability than All-on-4 and allows a wider range of final prosthetic materials, including monolithic zirconia.

Full mouth — both arches
Upper and lower arches treated in the same surgical session. One recovery period, one travel plan, and a bite designed as a single unit rather than two separate cases.

Monolithic zirconia bridge
Milled from a single block of zirconia. The most durable and stain-resistant option, with the most natural appearance and the longest service life. Recommended if you want to fit the prosthesis once and not revisit it.

Recovery Timeline
Trip 1 · Day 1
CBCT scan and surgical planning
Cone-beam 3D scan on arrival. The surgeon reviews bone density and volume, confirms implant positions and angulation, and finalises the prosthetic design with our lab. Plan confirmed the same day.
Trip 1 · Day 2
Extractions, implant placement and same-day teeth
Any remaining non-viable teeth are removed and the implants placed in the same session, under local anaesthesia with optional IV sedation. A provisional fixed bridge is attached before you leave. Duration: 2–4 hours per arch.
Trip 1 · Day 3–5
Recovery and healing check
Swelling peaks at day 2–3 and settles within a week. A clinic check confirms healing and bridge fit before you fly home. Soft-food diet and antibiotic course prescribed.
At home · Months 3–6
Osseointegration
The fixtures bond to the surrounding bone. No clinic visits required. Monthly remote check-ins with photographs. You wear the provisional bridge throughout and eat normally within the soft-diet guidance.
Trip 2 · Day 1–3
Permanent prosthesis fitted
Digital impressions taken on arrival. Your permanent bridge is fabricated in our in-house laboratory within 2–3 days, fitted, and refined for bite and speech. Guarantee certificate issued and annual remote check-ins scheduled.
