Hair Restoration
From patchy beard growth to reconstructed eyebrows after alopecia or over-plucking — single-follicle DHI places each graft at the precise angle and direction for results indistinguishable from natural growth.

Beard Transplant (DHI)
Follicles are harvested from the occipital donor area (back of the scalp) using a micro-punch. Each graft is implanted with the Choi pen at the exact angle and direction of natural beard growth — typically 30–40° with a downward curve. Suitable for patchy beards, scar coverage and full beard reconstruction.
€1,400 – €2,200
Eyebrow Transplant (Single-Follicle DHI)
Eyebrow follicles must be single-hair grafts (1-FU) placed at a very acute angle (5–15°) to mimic the flat, feathered growth of natural brows. Our surgeons map the desired arch using the golden ratio proportions and your facial structure before extraction begins.
€1,400 – €1,900
Combined Beard + Eyebrow Package
Both procedures performed in a single anaesthesia session, reducing total cost and recovery time. Recommended when graft counts allow both zones to be treated from the same donor harvest.
€2,200 – €3,000
Stage 1
Day 1 — Design & Consultation
Your surgeon photographs and maps the target zones — beard symmetry lines or eyebrow arch geometry. Donor density at the nape is assessed with a trichoscope to confirm available graft count. Design is finalised and approved by you before any extraction begins.
Stage 2
Day 2 — Procedure
Local anaesthesia applied to donor and recipient zones. Grafts harvested from the nape (scalp hair grows at similar thickness to beard hair). Each follicle loaded into the Choi pen and placed individually. Beard sessions: 3–5 hours. Eyebrow sessions: 1.5–3 hours.
Stage 3
Day 3 — First Wash
Clinic washing of both zones. Small crusts are present — do not touch or pick them. Aftercare spray and gentle shampoo provided. Most patients return home on day 3.
Stage 4
Week 2–3 — Shedding Phase
Transplanted hairs shed — this is the normal telogen transition. The follicles are alive beneath the skin and will re-enter the growth phase.
Stage 5
Month 3–5 — Regrowth
New beard or eyebrow hairs emerge. At this stage they grow faster than native facial hair and will need trimming to match your desired length — a sign the grafts are thriving.
Stage 6
Month 8–12 — Final Result
Complete density achieved. Beard hairs can be trimmed, shaped and styled normally. Eyebrow hairs require occasional light trimming as transplanted scalp follicles retain their original growth rate.
