Standard DHI
Single-step implantation using the Choi implanter pen. No pre-made channels required — grafts go directly from extraction to implantation, minimising time out of the body and maximising survival rates.

DHI procedure combined with Platelet-Rich Plasma injections into the scalp on surgery day. PRP accelerates healing, reduces shock loss and stimulates native follicles around the recipient zone.

The donor area is not shaved — only the grafts themselves are trimmed at extraction. Ideal for patients who cannot take time off or wish to keep their procedure completely private.

Recovery Timeline
Stage 1
Day 1 — Arrival & Design
Private airport transfer, hotel check-in, trichoscopy scan and hairline design session with your surgeon. Pre-operative blood panel completed same day.
Stage 2
Day 2 — Surgery
Procedure under local anaesthesia. Grafts are extracted with a micro-punch and immediately loaded into the Choi pen for implantation — minimising out-of-body time to under 2 minutes per graft.
Stage 3
Day 3 — First Wash & Briefing
Gentle clinic washing of both donor and recipient zones. Aftercare kit distributed. Detailed written and video instructions provided. Departure transfer arranged.
Stage 4
Day 7–14 — Scab Shedding
Small crusts around each graft shed naturally. Mild redness in the recipient area is normal and resolves within two weeks.
Stage 5
Month 3–4 — First Growth
New hairs emerge from transplanted follicles. Shock loss (temporary thinning of native hairs) may occur — this resolves on its own.
Stage 6
Month 12 — Full Result
Complete, permanent density achieved. Transplanted hair behaves exactly like native hair and can be cut, styled and coloured freely.
