DHI for Women (No-Shave)
The preferred technique for female patients. Only a small strip at the back of the scalp is discreetly shaved and concealed by surrounding hair. Grafts are implanted with the Choi pen for precise placement between existing hairs without disturbing them.

Sapphire-tipped instruments open ultra-fine recipient channels, ideal for the delicate frontal zone and parting line. Lower trauma, faster healing and minimal scabbing — important when longer hair is worn down over the treated area.

Recovery Timeline
Stage 1
Day 1 — Arrival, Hormonal Review & Design
Transfer from airport, hotel check-in. Your surgeon reviews your hormonal and blood panel results, maps the thinning zones with a trichoscope, and designs the recipient plan — taking existing hair direction into account.
Stage 2
Day 2 — Procedure
A small donor strip at the nape is discreetly clipped. Local anaesthesia is administered. Grafts are extracted and immediately implanted using the Choi pen between existing hairs. Duration: 4–7 hours depending on graft count.
Stage 3
Day 3 — Wash & Discharge
Clinic wash of donor and recipient zones. Nurse demonstrates home washing technique. Aftercare kit (spray solution, special shampoo, SPF cap) provided. Departure transfer arranged.
Stage 4
Week 2–4 — Settling Phase
Scabs resolve. The treated area may look similar to before surgery — this is normal as the grafts are dormant.
Stage 5
Month 3–6 — Growth Phase
Fine new hairs emerge from transplanted follicles. Density improves progressively. Online video follow-up consultations included at month 3 and month 6.
Stage 6
Month 12 — Final Density
Full result visible. Transplanted hairs blend seamlessly with your natural hair and respond normally to styling, colouring and heat tools.
